1. Where are you located?

I am based in South Florida, USA, specifically Deerfield Beach, and proudly serve clients throughout the surrounding region and abroad. While most sessions take place locally, I am happy to travel for shoots based on location, scope, and travel time, with applicable travel fees. If your project is outside the immediate area, feel free to reach out, and we can discuss the details to make it happen!

2. How many years have you been shooting professionally?

With over 8 years of experience as a professional photographer, I have had the opportunity to shoot a wide range of projects and subjects.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any retainer or deposit paid. In the event of severe weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling will be accommodated when possible. No-shows are non-refundable. Travel fees and third-party costs incurred prior to cancellation are non-refundable. By booking a session, clients agree to these terms.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

All photography packages include professionally edited digital files, making it easy to download, share, and enjoy your images. In addition to digital delivery, high-quality prints, custom albums, and select photo merchandise can be made available for purchase upon request. Whether you’re looking to display your images at home, create a keepsake album, or order additional products, I’m happy to help you choose the best options to bring your photos to life.

5. How will you deliver the images?

Photos are delivered through a private online gallery, making it easy to view, download, and share your images with friends, family, or colleagues. You’ll receive a secure link to access your photos, download high-resolution files, and select favorites at your convenience. Upon request, I can allow you to order prints, photo albums, and other products directly from your gallery.

6. Do you offer touchups or edit requests?

All delivered images are professionally edited and color-corrected to ensure a consistent, polished look. Minor retouching requests are included within reason, while more extensive edits or additional revision requests may be subject to an additional fee. Any specific editing preferences or retouching needs are best discussed before the shoot to ensure expectations are clearly aligned.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Yes, absolutely. I offer a free 30-minute consultation call before every shoot to discuss your goals, vision, location, wardrobe, and any questions you may have. This call helps ensure we’re aligned and fully prepared, allowing the session to run smoothly and comfortably while delivering the best possible results.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

Most final photos are delivered within 24–48 hours of the shoot, depending on the length of the session and the number of images captured. Turnaround time is always discussed and agreed upon in advance, so you’ll know exactly what to expect before the shoot.
